Rules for using Love Cards.

These Terms describe how you can use Love Cards and what we provide.

Orders and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide customer service inquiries for orders and handle returns.

Overview

By accessing or using Love Cards, you agree to these Terms.

  • If you do not agree, do not use the service.
  • We can update these Terms. If you keep using the service, you accept the updated Terms.

Accounts

You can use Love Cards as a guest or create an account.

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Some features may require email verification.

Your Content

You own the content you create (text, images, videos) and you control what you share.

  • You grant us a limited license to host and display your content to operate the service.
  • Do not upload content that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.
  • If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view the shared page.

Acceptable Use

Use Love Cards respectfully and legally.

  • No illegal content, harassment, or hate.
  • No attempts to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the service.
  • No unauthorized scraping or automated abuse.

Paid Features

Paid plans may be introduced in the future.

  • If paid features are available, pricing and billing terms will be shown at checkout.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are described in the related policies linked in the footer.
  • If paid features are not available yet, this section is informational.

Termination & Deletion

You can stop using the service at any time.

  • You can delete your account (where available) and remove your projects.
  • We can suspend or terminate access if we believe there is abuse or illegal activity.
  • Some information may be kept when required by law or for security and dispute handling.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided as-is and as available.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We disclaim implied warranties where allowed by law.
  • Our liability is limited where allowed by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
